Let’s start with the communication of the “hotel” asked several times for check in details finally got it a couple hours before on text. Then getting there when inside the hallways smelt terrible we then entered the room where it smelt of smoking. The toilet did not flush and was dirty. "The property was as described and was clean and comfortable and in a good location. Check in was easy. However this is the only property I have EVER stayed in that didnt provide any tea coffee milk etc. Even budget hotels do this. It made the place seem unwelcoming and meant we hsd nothing to drink on arrival after a long journey. The same applies to the minute amount of hand soap provided. Also, a bin bag would have been useful. Parking was ok but was on the street and at a distance...fine...
