"The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The riverview is worth the upgrade especially at night when the city lights up. The breakfast has a nice mix of western and Chinese foods. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel and a short walk to a ferry to cross the river. "conveniet downtown location. The hotel itself is new. Room we got was a bit small but it's fine. The noise was not obvious in the room which is very important. We didn't really spend a lot of time in the hotel, but the interactions with the staff were nice. "

"Although the interior looks a bit old, it is quite clean. The location is good as it is near to subway stations and attractions. Other than mineral water, hotel provides complimentary yogurt too. Just that there are some constructions going on near the hotel, and it continues until late night, so it might be quite disturbing to some. "

"The stay was amazing. The location of this hotel is the best you can get! Just about 5-10 minutes walk from the metro and a food street right below the hotel that provides a huge variety of food. The shopping malls are also just minutes away. Highly recommend this hotel. "

"This hotel is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking designs that truly make it a work of art. You can tell that a lot of care and attention went into the building, and the result is a beautiful, clean, and welcoming space. The staff were incredibly nice and professional, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The location is perfect—conveniently close to many attractions. I walked to visit Hong Ya Dong and enjoyed some amazing hot pot nearby. There's also a shopping mall nearby, adding even more convenience. With so many things to do in the area, this hotel is definitely the best choice for anyone visiting. Highly recommend!"

"24hr front desk, restaurant and cleaning staff displayed excellent service quality and professionalism. Initially planned to only stay for 2 nights with breakfast. It’s the service, comfort and cleanliness that made us stay for another 4 nights. Wanted to taste the local breakfast in the neighbourhood but opted for hotel breakfast instead until checkout. That’s thanks to staff like 刘德梅 who was obliging, courteous and professional. She was always attentive to our needs (e.g. how to operate the beverage equipment or what’s the best tasty local food of the day). Well ventilated, clean, soundproofed and spacious rooms. Definitely recommending Milky Way Hotel. It’s the staff who make the difference. "
