"Die Lage am Fluss hinter dem Hotel ist ja wunderschön. Der Eingangsbereich ist aber nicht gerade berauschend...grau in grau... Mir wurde ein fensterloses Zimmer zugewiesen mit fantasieloser Ausstattung. Ich habe dann am folgenden Tag in "Am2tree" gewechselt. Dort hatte ich fpr den gleichen Preis ein superschnes Zimmer mit Balkon für beinahe den gleichen Preis. Am Personal möchte ich nichts kritisieren. Die Angestellten waren allesamt nett und hilfsbereit."

"Overall decorations are creative and fascinating. Breakfast is beyond expectation. Staff are very helpful, friendly and polite. Bed and blanket are very soft and comfortable that I didn't want to get up from it. The only frustration is the noise from outside of the room that can be heard easily and that woke me up in the early morning, even before my alarm clock."

"This was a lovely little budget resort. 35 chalets arranged around a swimming pool and garden. The pool was nice with very warm water so could spend ages in it. Sun loungers around the edge. I was worried there was only Thai breakfast and the staff didn't speak English. However after sitting with a glass of water for 5 minutes the waitress brought me fried egg with frankfurters and 2 slices of toast. "My first room had no safe and was not clean, considering the price in Thailand I was disappointed. Once I pointed out the safe was not operational they made two other rooms available which were better. The resort is next to the beach we’re there is resturants and a few bars. "Beautiful location right on the silky sands of Chao Lao Beach. Amazing sunsets every night. Delicious breakfasts with a wide variety of choices. The area is a bit out of the way if you don't have your own car but it's worth. You can take buses to and from Chanthaburi and taxi from there. You can borrow bicycles for free at the hotel. All of the staff seem to be very nice and helpful but of course not all can speak English. Special shout out to the manager Wiboon, who made everything perfect."
