"On est partie un week-end en février. A la base nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour la piscine.. après une longue journée de ski rien de mieux que de relaxer dans une piscine chaude.. sauf que cette piscine n'est justement pas chaude a notre grand surprise.. et en plus elle n'ouvre pas le samedi.. grosse blague"

"Had not been informed that this is more of an apartment rental than a hotel, and arrived at 10pm to find reception had closed at 8pm- there had been no warning of any closing times! Fortunately our apartment had been left open for us, but there were no sheets on any of the beds! The keys were not left in the apartment and we had to put a table against the door on the first night! Having managed to get sheets & towels the next day, we had to make up our own beds and after a 2 night stay were also...

"Please note the rooms are nice but very small, they have small balconies which were very nice in the summer. Restaurant was also quite nice, however only serves until 21:30 so check your arrival time. Lots of good places to eat in the small town "

Italian Kellermans - Love it!

"Due to flight cancellations we needed an extra day in Italy, and why spend it at the airport when you can extend your stay in the mountains? So we booked Majestic Sansicario because our other hotel couldn’t accommodate us another day. Omg! What a discovery - it’s like Italian Kellermans! High up in Sansicario Alta, the views were spectacular! The facilities were gorgeous, and the hospitality was delightful. The hotel accommodates all for dinner, and it was surprisingly delightful and creative. The vegetarian options were fabulous. We love skiing and riding Via Lattea, and will definitely come back, and Majestic Sansicario would be a great place to stay . Only downside is the harrowing drive up the mountain, I recommend doing it at night if you get vertigo. "

"Overall happy with the stay. Initial absence of basic cleaning products (doesn't make sense for each guest to buy new every time, if only staying for a few days) but spoke to reception and they provided products for us to use (thanks). Rooms are not big, but we spent most of the time out on the slopes and in town so didn't matter. Warm and clean in the apartment. Small town so everywhere is walkable. Staff at reception, bar and entertainment team were all very friendly and helpful. "
