Excellent location in the old town within easy walking distance of plenty of restaurants and shops as well as the old Venetian harbour. Katerina was very welcoming and gave us so good tips for walking routes and restaurants. Our room was excellent, very clean and well furnished. We would definitely stay there again.

Very nice room. Location is central in the city, steps from the Venetian Harbour and the many restaurants. We had a rental car so it is a bit of a walk from the parking garage. There is no elevator but thankfully we were on the second floor. Our hostess was very accommodating for our late check-in time. She provided some very great suggestions for touring around Chania.

Best Value for Money in the harbour area
I loved this place and will definitely be going back. I had a very friendly welcome, the room was spotless and the location was perfect. I have stayed in a few places around the harbour and this is definitely the best!

Everything was perfect. The room was spacious, the best bedding and pillows we had in our two weeks in Greece. Loved the map and recommendations on food. We also had tremendous help getting taxis pre arranged with George who was a wealth of knowledge.

Fantastic boutique hotel right in the heart of Chania Old TownZ Katerina is the perfect host and was always so helpful. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, we will definitely be coming back!

This property was our best stay in Greece by far! It was in a perfect location, the rooms were in excellent condition & the staff were so helpful and accommodating. We got great recommendations of places to visit/eat/see and the staff helped book us a taxi for our early morning ferry trip. Overall it was our favourite place we stayed!

A really lovely stay, Katarina was very helpful and gave us recommendations for the local area. The hotel is located in old town which is beautiful and has a lot of bars and restaurants in walkable distance however we very rarely heard any noise from outside during our stay. We were also only a short walk from the bus station. I would love to return

We had a wonderful stay here! It was super clean, very comfortable, and spacious. It was right in the heart of old town but just tucked away enough from the main streets. The host was very friendly and helpful and made herself available if we ever needed help with anything. The boutique design of this hotel was very cute with many thouhtful touches. I would definitely reccomend staying here!

Amazing Hotel
TLDR: Stay here. Its amazing Location: In the heart of Old Town Chania. Location is extremely romantic and overall amazing. Perfect spot to stay in Chania. Services/cleanliness: rooms were extremely clean with amazing soaps to use. Shower is the best ive used in greece so far. The owner also left refreshments in the mini fridge free of charge (Water and Soda). Along with restocking of coffee pods for free. The cleaning service was also amazing. Katerina was a lovely host and a vibrant person who has a wealth of knowledge on what to do and see in Chania.

Wonderful little guest house in the old town
This is a wonderful little guest house. It's beautifully restored but modern, very comfortable and the cleanest guest house I've ever stayed in. It's also very central for the old town - nothing is more than a few minutes away. Katerina is a very helpful host. I would happily stay here again in Chania.

Cozy and Convenient Boutique Hotel!
My husband and I had an amazing stay at the Viaggio Elegant rooms. The boutique hotel is very conveniently located in old town Chania and the property manager Katerina is incredibly friendly and accommodating, showing up incredibly early to let us check in after a morning flight. She also provided very helpful recommendations for restaurants and places to see. The room not only came with waters but also juices and coffee and slippers which were a lovely touch. Our room was even upgraded! One thing to note is that the hotel is located next to a hostel so you may hear people outside your window depending on the room but nothing earplugs couldn’t fix. There is also no elevator so be prepared to walk up a few flight of stairs to your room but this was expected! Could not recommend this hotel enough and Katerina’s hospitality was top notch.
