"This property is in an amazing location, but don’t expect to find parking. We were very happy to return the car so we didn’t need to deal with that anymore. The staff was helpful. They don’t have a front desk exactly. We called someone when we arrived and waited a few minutes for them to come let us in, but we’ve never seen anyone at the front desk after that. They were always available by phone. the room is a bit outdated, but that was expected for this location. You do have to take quite a few...

"Overall we enjoyed our three night stay, breakfast was very nice, staff very hospitable and friendly. Room was spacious and bar staff were excellent. I would say the hotel could improve on cleaning, bathroom was a little outdated and we found a cockroach in our room. Staff were very quick to help us however and these things happen. Gym could have better equipment and pool area could be better."

"Location is excellent, the surrounding area in the tiny lanes of Chania - very quiet. Entrance was via a key lock safe at the door. All fine. Very steep wooden stairs to our room on the first floor. VERY small room, Extremely small bathroom. Reasonably good wifi which didn't work on the balcony. We were woken up 2 times during the night with guests returning... and one leaving early in the morning. the problem wasn't the guests themselves it was the very loud stairs. The other very loud...
