"This property has gone down hill since it opened as a Shangrila. It is now 20 years old and despite several branding changes (now VOCO an IIHG hotel) and a renovation, the service and remodel is substandard. The hotel claims it is a 5 star but the room service menu is a joke. The food is hust bad. ..."

"We liked the friendliness of the staff quality of rooms and facilities Biggest issues - poor english of staff meant we didnt find the bar with the food we like until the end of the visit We had to leave at 6am and there should have been a way to provide us with food as we had paid for breakfast"
