"The property exceeded my expectations. It’s located in the heart of downtown Shanghai, within walking distance to all the tourist spots and local restaurants. Breakfast buffet is wonderful and bottled waters are full. Very nice English- speaking staff. I will stay at this hotel next time I visit Shanghai. Highly recommended. "

"Stayed in many hotels during my 2 weeks around China and this was the only one with obvious "classical luxury" vibe from overall design to the small amenities. King sized bed and duvet were super comfortable. Amazing Bund view but be noted it's towards the North Bund, not the old Bund. Staff were efficient, I had a small issue with the bath tub and a technician arrived at my room door for fixing within a couple minutes. Staff at the lounge were kind and attentive. Good quality food and beverage....

"What an incredible stay! Location is perfect since it'a walking distance to the Gala mall with tons of food options, and the surrounding is so clean and quiet. Incredible attention to details, from top to bottom. We got the lounge access room and it was amazing. The buffect breakfast is so conprehensive that my teenage kids both love it. "Very good service. Hotel agreed to securely keep my luggage for 3 days prior to check in while I traveled around for other meetings. Pleasant staff. No complaints. Could do with more vegetarian options. Tariff was definitely much higher than other similar options "
