Chilly season offset by warm service

Huge lobby with lots of retail shops. The lobby restaurant serves a great buffet breakfast. The surrounding area has lots of shopping with a large shopping mall across the street. The service was excellent.

装修有点儿问题，卫生间的壁纸有卷起，枕头上居然有一块脏的 没有浴缸，没有洗澡用的拖鞋，只有一次性的拖鞋， 洗浴用品也不是什么品牌的，像快捷用的那种， 酒店大堂在二楼，爬个坡上去，拉行李，挺麻烦的 床边坐下去有塌陷的感觉 订酒店的时候没有说明游泳池不能用，办入住被告知游泳池关闭，专门带了泳衣度假去了，非常不爽 配置和服务算4星吧，谈不上五星 住了2晚，不太喜欢，离景点也比较远 比较差的一次入住

Excelente Hotel

Este fue un gran hotel y yo disfrutamos nuestra estancia allí. El personal es, en su mayoría entienden inglés especialmente las delanteras las chicas de recepción. fueron muy útiles para ayudarme a encontrar mi camino por los alrededores. La comida en el desayuno era bastante bueno.

Everything is good, the waiters at lounge bar are very polite. However, I am very disappointed when checking out, the service was not friendly. Also, I parked my car for two days and I requested parking tickets. They only gave me one and I asked it should be two but they insisted one coupon is ok. When I was leaving the car park, the gatekeeper said two coupons are needed and he said car parking and hotel are two different operations, then I needed to drive back to the hotel lobby to pick up another coupon. It was a waste of time as i was leaving for the airport to return the car and catch a flight back to Shenzhen.

disappointing....

stayed there during chinese new year period. although hotel is only 3 years old, the room condition looked aged. badly maintained, not clean enough to my expectation. the area around the lobby still undergoing renovation, with wires dangling around. front desk service was bad, food was awful. chose this hotel as nearer to airport, but now i rather stay in city and pay more for transport.

Smoke infiltrates everything

I checked out of this hotel before my stay was complete because second hand smoke coming through the air conditioning vents was annoying me to no end. I will not stay here again, because they do not enforce Non Smoking floors.

フロントレディにハガキ代を聴いたら115元　そんな馬鹿な！　フロントマン15元で115元は小包でした　翌朝フロントマンは20元　ま　切手を買いに行く手間賃もあるだろうからお願いしたけど「地球の歩き方」を見たら4，5元　2＾3星ならハガキ受け付けないのはあったがヨーロッパ・アジアの世界中の4＾5つ星ホテル泊まって切手の用意がないのでびっくり　お客が外国人が非常に少ないから郵便物は取り扱ってないことはわかるけど・・・情けないぜ

Top-notch hotel; rates with the best

Great new hotel. Staff speaks excellent English, rooms are large and well-appointed. About 1/2 hour from the old Changsha train station, but allow at least an hour for typical chaotic Chinese city traffic. Only suggestion I have is that the hotel contract with one or more taxi companies to insure a steady supply of taxis during prime times. Took us almost 1/2 hour to get a taxi.

静かで快適なホテルです

ホテルの部屋は広くとても快適です。隣の部屋や廊下の音外の騒音も全く聞こえず静かで落ち着きます。駅や街からアクセスはバスしかなく、タクシーでいくのも少し不便を感じました。Wifiルータを借りた時にどこに設置するかの説明がなく少し不親切かと感じました。

Great trip to Changsha

Longchamp Gardens Hotel is an excellent 5 star hotel. Some Staff do not speak a great deal of English however always seem to know what you want before you ask. The staff on the desk and are in charge of the the day to day running of the hotel speak very good English and are as helpful as any hotel staff I have seen anywhere in China. Rooms are spotless, fresh fruit and flowers were placed in our room on arrival. The room was large and the bed room was seperated from the other parts of the room by huge sliding doors. Beds were like all Chinese beds, hard but in this instance not too hard, you will have the choice of 6 types of pillows from very soft to very firm. The hotel condition from the entrance to the shops and eating places in the hotel are first class I stayed in this hotel 2 years ago the first week it opened and it has only improved. However the the pool and gym was not completed then and is still not finished. The hotel is first class and inexpensive Excellent value for money The Hotel is about a 15 min drive from downtown Changsha but because the price of taxis in Changsha it only costs around 15 RMB ($A2.50 ) per trip. It is only a 2 min walk to supermarket and shops and market.
