"The housekeeping service was great. The bed was comfortable. The room was dated. Bathroom sink has two separate faucets (one for cold and one for hot) making it difficult to wash. The water presurre in the shower was non exustent. Hotel should look into modernizing its washroom."

"Delivered on their promise of clean, basic accommodation within walking distance of the west end. Those expecting caviar dreams on a hotdog budget are out of luck. Good choice for a 2 (maybe) 3 nite stay close to the action. I felt comfortable and safe there my entire stay"

"I can’t begin to say enough AMAZING things about the Clermont!!! From the second we walked in, I felt like a part of the Clermont family, and honestly like a princess! Even with a midnight arrival, we were welcomed with joyful, kind smiles! "Cosy and clean room, with charming decor in the main lobby and dining hall. The single room is a bit small and the building itself is a bit old, but well maintained. Dining hall is spacious and cosy, and the breakfast spread is nice. The hotel is within walking distance from the Bayswater and Queensway tube stations. Staff were attentive and helpful. Would stay here again on my next visit."

"This was our first time staying at Dukes. The service, quality of the room, and the overall wonderful ambience of the hotel makes this my favorite hotel in London. I also love the location.
