"Upon check-in we were a little disappointed in our room (1bedroom). After posting a comment in Expedia, the property manager contacted us and offered to change our room to the newer tower. Once we moved our experience was exceptional. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was clean and bright. Beach was quiet and water was warm and there was great snorkeling. Food was very good with a particular shout out to Oro which was phenomenal. Would definitely come back."

"The staff at Bourganvillea was fabulous! They were welcoming and accommodating, very friendly and good to be around! "My stay was great but I did have 2 minor issues. Check in is at 4 pm but my room wasnt ready until 4:40 pm. I had been up traveling from the U.S. and expected my room to be ready and was frustrated that it wasnt. It wasnt just my room that wasnt ready. There were at least 5 other people waiting on their rooms as well. The staff was friendly and informative but it didnt make it better. I was tired and ready to shower and relax. "Ocean Spray Apartments was one of the most amazing stays we had at Barbados. The view to the Ocean was fantastic, we rented a studio room and were not left disappointed. The studio had all the amenities interms of utensils and we self catered so it was perfect. The check in experience was amazing Rochelle and Jas were great and provided us great recommendations on the local area and things to do nearby. I was a bit worried looking at the reviews but you need to understand that this is not a 5* all-inclusive resort, but rather an apart hotel, so please keep this in mind when you book. The place is perfect if you want to stay at a nice quiet place but amazingly close to the sea and definitely value for money. The nice surprise was that they had housekeeping, which was wonderful and not something you get in other apartments. There is good public transport links close to the property but I would highly recommend renting a car to enjoy this location fully as it may seem slightly isolated otherwise. We met the owner, Mr.Patel who was very warm and welcoming. He explained to us the future upgrades they are making (Restaurant and a pool) which will really elevate the place and we can't wait to return. Overall I would highly recommend a stay there, particularly if you research the area well and have planned your visit. "

"The owners are so friendly and kind. Geri's homemade bread is sooo healthy and delicious. I would definitely love to come back here for my authentic Barbados holidays. Hearing the waves and the birds outside my window plus the rain made it such a restful place for the body and soul. Mingling with the locals is very easy as they're sooo funny and welcoming"
