"The location of the apartments is perfect - a quick and easy walk to the train/bus station, old town and lake. We only saw one member of staff during our stay but he couldn't have been more helpful, and the apartment itself was a great size and perfect for our family of four (loft room). Highly recommend!"

Minor issue with hair dryer cutting out after a few seconds, reception asked us to descend 3 floors to collect a replacement rather than sending one up with a member of staff so maybe customer service could be improved a little. Other than that the staff were very pleasant and the hotel was good value for money"

"When it is 30 degres outside, it'll be 35 degres inside... no AC and poor quality fan. Mold in the bathroom and bathtub in horrible condition. If youre looking for cheap accommodation at a low cost, go for it. The property has a great potential but poorly managed.. and no one can help you friday after 12 and during the weekend. No opportunity to get an extra fan or your bathroom cleaned. 1 star all the way."

The hotel is very modern with modern decor. Breakfast was good in the restaurant overlooking the lake. We had a really great stay at Le Pelican hotel. "
