"Problems started with them telling us the spa is NOT heated after we had it booked and arrived. When I called to let them know it was broken they said it costs an extra $35 per day to have it heated. I argued multiple times this was not advertised and finally my wife got on the phone and asked the woman if she ever in her life heard of a SPA that is not heated. "The property was everything. The home was beautiful and the clubhouses were amazing! The only problem we had was the pool was dirty and not filtering. But we didn’t let that stop our good time we used the one at the clubhouse."
