"Lot of construction on the way up the hill to the hotel. GPS got confused gping on the goat path, the only way we could get there. We new it would be somewhat isolated so we brought a few food items because the kitchen was advertised. Olny one pot. No frying pan. Very poorly equipped compaired to the advertisement and what we expected. A breakfas was offeted for a ridiculous price. We had hope to make our own. We got stuck on the ground floor with no view. "This place is about 20 minutes from city center, not far from the lake. There is a Lidi supermarket at the ground floor. Watch out - the room lacks some of the basic necessities, not even a box of tissues. The electric stove does not work in the room, so we just eat out. We have been to a few different hotels and apartments in Switzerland during our trip. so far this is the worst place we have been to. "

"Arrived at accommodation but no-one there to check us in & had to go to another hotel and pay for another stay. N.26 claimed to have sent email with check-in instructions prior but I have not been able to locate said email. Plus if there was an issue they could have rang! very poor- take your money and run. They cancelled the booking on the day of our arrival meaning to ensure we would get no refund. Absolute fraudsters"

"The residence is located at very short walking distance from Livigno centre and near to all main sky/bike lifts facilities. Grocery and most shops are also at short walking distance. Apartments are well kept, neat, well furnished and functional. Size is not extremely big but adequate for the scope (2 adults + 2 kids) as you are not supposed to stay much indoor in a place as Livigno. The owner/manager is very friendly, efficient and available to help. "
