"Honestly we were a bit concerned reading some of the reviews before our trip but our stay was fine! Reception staff friendly, check in and out process easy. The room was clean and tidied daily, breakfast was good. Nice balcony views. Sauna not working during our stay but other spa facilities were fine. No boot dryers in the ski lockers which would be a good thing to improve on."

"Excellent, stylish communal areas and position right next to the piste. Our room was slightly small and slightly dated but we were there for skiing so hardly spent time in the room. Would return no problem. "

"DO NOT BOOK! The pictures are not a true representation of this hotel. It is dirty, old (falling apart), everything is at the lowest quality this is not a three star hotel. Room was horrid - thin and cheap pillow, shower that is either too hot or too cold (my young son burnt himself), overcrowded ski area that smells vile and not cleaned well. The staff don’t care or tell you there’s nothing they can do. The biggest regret of our family holiday was to book this place!"

The hotel manager Julie had offered her sincere help for our logistics to hotel and even we arrived late at hotel, the restaurant manager was provided us a warm welcome with delicious dishes after our long hours drive. "A wonderful location and on the whole a well thought out residence. We were in the Emerald block - which is the furthest from reception… but still has easy in and out access and gets the sun on the generous balcony from about 2.30 - for those seeking alternative relaxation to the snow. The spa facilities are excellent, as you would expect from a residence which is only a couple of years old. Apartment is very well equipped - even down to the things that us Brits often find are missing from...

"Well maintained property with all the basic amenities taken care of. It's well located, within walking distance of the Bella Plagne center with all dinning and shopping options. ESF Skii school is also 5 mns walk and it helped us get private classes for our child. The reception helped us with cab details as we arrived post check in hours with no shuttle service. I only wish we were communicated well on the exact property details as we wasted 1 hour trying to find the room details in Le Quartz...

"We loved our time here. We came in summer, and the water park adjacent was pretty great, even though the wave pool was down for repairs on the day we went. We also walked 5 min to the escalators up to 1650 to eat. This was really nice not to use the car. All employees were great, but especially Ali for valet parking and Claire at reception helped us very much. My only small complaint is that I am very sensitive to scents and get headaches and the hotel makes liberal use of fragrances. I wish they toned it down a bit. But otherwise great. Breakfast was outstanding too. "

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel despite it being somewhat modest, lacking a proper lobby. However, the reception from and care by India, the property manager was exceptional. I was traveling alone and India made sure all was well with me and that I made myself familiar with everything. For a modest hotel in a pricey area this was truly comfortable and hospitable! Thank you, India!"
