"We booked a villa and ended up with the most magnificent view 24/7. The Villa was great and I could go on and on! The Staff was brilliant and special shout out to Maria and Angela who were warm, kind, and had great recommendations for restaurants in Plaka, Agios Nicholas, and Elounda. "The hotel was clean but no one to solve problems. No internet service due to management not turning our room number on- very very very poor. Washing machine provided but no instructions and would not turn off or release door to remove clothes. Four hours of non stop running. No one around to help- owner left town."

"We stayed in Intron luxury villas in June 2023. It was the perfect relaxing break for my husband and myself along with our daughter who had just finished GCSEs. The lovely villa is in a beautiful quiet location and thoughtfully equipped, the private pool was a wonderful luxury and the sandy beach and bay was less than 5 mins walk. The local hotel also has lovely facilities available to those staying at the villas including the private beach with parasols and sunbeams that were always available....

"Very disappointing stay. This photos show a pleasant hotel with sea views. What we had was a view of the sea with a very ugly old half built building obscuring the view. The receptionist was surly, abrupt and generally unpleasant. No welcoming smile, I felt like we were a burden. The room was full of mosquitos. "Just back from a wonderful 10 days at Elounda Eleon Villas. Maria and Ilias are great hosts and Zetta a fantastic housekeeper who kept our villa spotlessly clean. Loved the location of our villa which had spectacular views to the sea. The pool was a welcome relief to the hot sun. The owners are lovely and make sure you have everything you need. We'll look forward to visiting again soon. "

"A very modern, perfectly equipped property, amazing swimming pool, wonderful little beach with cristal clear water down the stairs of the property, garden and pool area in the same perfect condition as the apartment. Perfect location also for trips and hikes in the area. Our only regret was that we had to leave after 5 nights. Highly recommendable!"
