"The apartments are spotlessly clean. The support team of both cleaners and maintenance men on site and the call centre are fantastic. The security of the car park and building itself are outstanding. The electrical appliances (fridge, dishwasher, hob, washing machine, dishwasher etc etc) are all brand new and premium/ recognised brands.. SMEG, Hotpoint etc... But the apartments are just missing a few home comforts. Higher standard of cutlery and knives. Mirror in the lounge or bedroom. ...

"I didn’t get the check in info via Hotels.com and their address was wrong. But a simple phone call and an exceptionally helpful and friendly chap sorted everything within two minutes. The cottage was wonderful. So warm and inviting. Comfy and beyond clean. I’m definitely coming here again. "

"It was more comfortable than I taught. For the price of each night, it exceeded it. A walking distance to the train station. It’s clean, easy to locate. Direction on how to access the building was clear. The room was sizeable, although it a shred bath and toilet, they were clean. I will recommend if you are staying a night or two."

"The apartment is functional, great shower, clean (other than cobwebs on the windows), fridge, dishwasher, clothes washer, etc. However, it was incredibly hot and the windows are wired so that they can only open about 4 cm. There was a fan in the bedroom but it was extremely noisy. I am guessing they’ve had trouble with people leaving the windows open in the past and so have secured them in this way, but then they need to get AC as this was extremely uncomfortable. "I loved my stay at Mercure and wouldn't hesitate in using them again. The staff were clear in making sure I knew which services were available and the bed was so comfortable. Kitchen closed at 8pm on the night of my stay but using Deliveroo and waiting outside was no problem."

"I have stayed at Kents Hill several times. It offers good clean comfortable accommodation at very reasonable prices. On this occasion I noticed that the tv in the room had been updated which was a very nice touch and tbh a huge improvement. On site parking is plentiful. Everything that you need for a weekend stay in Milton Keynes. Highly recommended. "
