"The first thing of note definitely was the peacefulness from the time we reached the main entrance before the lobby. The transport service to get around the villas is 24 hours, and we never had to wait more than a couple minutes anytime we requested it. We did have some concerns about the smell from what appeared to be coming from the drainage systems in the bathroom. "We had a fantastic stay. We had a group of people split across 9 rooms. All the rooms were well managed, check in and out was no problem, there was a real family feel to the hotel, and above all else the staff were amazing. The coffee shop attached to the hotel is great (Thai Tea 10/10!) and we felt at home very quickly. Great value for money, can't fault anything - especially for the price paid. We will definitely be back!"
