"This was a beautiful brand new property that just opened November 2024. Very clean, everyone was very friendly. All of the restaurants were 5 star, but you MUST have a dinner reservation- no walk ins. If you don't have reservations, your only other option is room service (which was cold and limited) Overall, an amazing experience. "

"Beautiful resort. One of my favorites in Mexico. Food is good, great service, entertaining…Beach is great too. Few things I didn’t like: No privacy door to the bathroom, it’s such an inconvenience when traveling with family. Not only there is no privacy when taking a shower, but it also doesn’t prevent noise or light coming out the bathroom when someone uses it at night. Second: I do not recommend manicure services at their spa. My daughter and I decided to treat ourselves to mani/pedi, and the job they did was laughable. I didn’t make a big fuss, it is what it is, but please know the quality is not there. Especially for the price they are charging. I probably would of filled and polished my nails way better myself. Other than those couple of things, everything was great. We certainly be back. "
