Think “American Horror Movie” - blood on the ripped curtains, soiled couch, woke up mosquito bitten, cracked tiles and dripping tap. Pool was green on a 32 degree day. Could hear everything happening in the room next door. Gardens overgrown with weeds. Gross. Only stay if you’ve got no other choice.

I really liked the quality of the room, shower, amenties and small details provided like milk, tea bags, coffee sashays, crockery etc. I thought wotif listed a laundry facility but there wasnt one.

Handy to the hotel next door for food and drink. Toilet needs attention as is running all the time, creating noise. Air conditioner not working. Day 2 cleaned and made beds, but did not resupply towels etc.

Family room had one small 'window'. Like being in a cell. Room / bathroom in terrible condition - most timber / furniture rotten from moisture. Pretty filthy - our socks turned black from walking on the floor. Futon was filthy and unmade.
