its very close to city center, bars and clubs. Also so silent place. We got good sleep. we parked our car front of hotel. Staff guide us where we should go. They were so polite and helpful. Thank you so much again.

En pahalı odasında kaldık. Televizyon maduriyeti yaşadık ve faydalanamadık. Özür dilediler ama bunu öncesinde bildirebilirlerdi. Jakuzisi jakuziye benzetilmiş büyük küvetti ve içine sıcak su akmıyordu. Genel temizlik fena değildi. Çalışanlar güleryüzlüydü ama biz soru sormadığımız müddetçe ekstra bilgilendirilmedik(internet,televizyon durumu vs.) Bir iki çalışanı maduriyetlik durumumuzda ne yapacağını şaşırdı ve çözüm üretemedi konuyu kapatıp başka işlere yöneldiler. Biz havuz başında gün geçirip kafa dinlemek istiyorduk. Beklentimizi karşıladı. Havuz yeterli büyüklükte, şezlonglar mevcut. Gürültüsüz ve sakindi. Kahvaltı klasikti ve ortalamaydı. Sadece otel fiyatları genel olarak Alaçatı’da çok yüksek, biraz daha normal seviyeye indirilmeli. Teşekkürler.

Geneli itibarıyla personelin özverisi ile işletiliyor. Sabah kahvaltıları tatminkar. Konuşmalar odalara geliyor. Özellikle gece. Temizlik konusu olması gerektiği düzeyde. Otel müdürü kendini parçalıyor personel sayısı joker şekilde. Merkezi konumu avantaj. Çevreyi gezecekler için avantajlı konum. Odalarda bir su pompası sesi var tüm alaçatı da bu dert varmış. Üst kat odaları tercih edin. Bize bu konuda yardımcı oldular. Nergiz Hanım ve personel ellerinde gelen hizmeti vermeye gayret etmeseler sıkıntı olurdu. Butik otel olarak beklentileri karşılıyor. Küçük bir havuz var ama çok kullanışlı olduğunu söyleyemem. Alaçatı geneli itibarıyla butik otellerden müteşekkil. Karşılaştırma şansımız olmadı diğerleriyle. Daha iyi olabilir bu potansiyele sahip.

Alaçatıda kaldığım en kötü oteldi odalar fotolardaki gibi değil rutubet ve toz kokuyordu klima bozuldu su akmada sorun yaşadık çözselerde su sorununu stresi yeterdi kahvaltı çok vasat çocukların sütünden bile çok fahiş fiyat alındı suya kahvaltıda ücret alında küçücük su 10 TL ve hiçbirini önden bilgilendirme yapılmadı bir Türk kahvesine 30 TL alındı hiç tavsiye etmem sadece çarşıya yakındı okadar

Nobela otel sahipleri misafirleri ile çok ilgili aile bağı kurabiliyorsunuz. Hem alaçatı çarşıya 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Otelde her hangi bir problem yaşamadık yaşanacağınıda düşünmüyorum para odaklı ilerlemiyorlar gerçekten misafirlerine misafir olarak bakıyorlar hiç müşteri olarak karşılanmadık
