"Our stay at Hotel Certaldo could not have been better. The staff were exceptional and enhanced our stay. We loved the breakfast of a wide variety of options & our dinner was amazing. We loved walking to town, rode the funicular for the spectacular view & then returning to our hotel to cool off in the pool. "Le personnel est agréable mais il n’y a pas de réception véritablement .. une personne tient une permanence le matin .. le lieu est très agréable mais aucun personnel sur place notamment le soir et la nuit .. nous avons passé deux soirées un peu gâchées par notamment une réception organisée pour des touristes , environ 30 invités .. et ce fut un moment peu agréable en terme de bruit ...pourquoi ne pas privatiser l’endroit dans ce cas ??? l’isolation est également médiocre et le bruit de l’eau...
