"We really liked the room with river/Mountain View’s. The views were amazing. The room was clean and the people at the front desk were very nice and pleasant. It’s located away from the buzz of all the people so it is quiet, and right in front of the river and massive mountains. A couple of small nits I do have are that the bathroom door wouldn’t close, and the shower would fill up with water. Overall, very happy with this hotel."

"We stay at the second floor. It was noise at night time. You can hear people next room talking . It was hard to sleep. Breakfast was very minimal. Hot water run out. We had to call front desk. They didn’t clean our room while we stayed. No TV also or fridge. "

"The hotel is only a 2 minute walk from the Train station and about the same to the bus stop to Machu Picchu. They offer a breakfast buffet and have an in-house restaurant. Our room had a gorgeous view of the river. "
