"After communicating with hotel letting them know I would be arriving late, and they acknowledged that I would be late.. when I arrived they had given my room away. The person that answered the door was kind enough to call a different hotel and get us a room.. I do appreciate that very much or the rating would be much lower. "

"Thought the property is beautiful, it needs lots of maintenance. There were several things broken or not working properly. The property’s main attraction, the sauna and the steam room didn’t work. The cabin’s main door lock was broken and the light bulb in front of the cabin didn’t work…. Sometimes we didn’t have hot water in the shower "

"Bad hotel. Very dirty, bathroom full of mold. There is only one person doing all the duties, from checking, guard, desk person, taking care of the la gage. We arrived at 4:00pm, and the room was not ready, we need to wait until 5:00pm. Not recommend."

"They didn't provide the room I reserved. I have to pay much more for the room . At first they gave me a room in a cabin with no air conditioning. A very strech bathroom . And a very small room with no TV. "

"We spent two nights here and enjoyed a wonderful stay. This hotel is made from a 200 year old ranch and is very beautifully restored. They have kept much of the old style construction and architecture while updating the utilities to create comfortable rooms. We especially enjoyed the quiet library on the second floor which is decorated with amazing antiques. Angie, the manager, and Ingrid, the chef, took great care of us. "The staff at this hotel are friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The view is amazing, and the grounds are nicely landscaped with native plants. It is really meant to be a local holiday hotel, so the food was good not great, internet was spotty and there was no coffee available when I woke up to work on my computer in the mornings. If they could make coffee available early (5 am would be nice, or put it in the rooms) and improve the internet signal, it would raise my rating. Overall, if I had to...
