"Perfectly located in the centre of the old town, with a great breakfast. Lacked a bar on site, but plenty of options nearby. Only negative was that the room was so hot, and there didn't seem to be any way of controlling it. My room looked out on to an inner courtyard so not a lot of natural light coming in. The front facing options perhaps better in this regard. Overall i would recommend."

"Very difficult for parking but not only this property sinceはは it's in central. We stayed with kids and mini dog for 9 nights and loved their interior and enough space to feel comfortable. One thing note that there's no grills and oven only microwave/electric kettle/coffee maker so you cannot cook except microwave meals or warm it up. "We stayed in the Avantgard apartment and while the location was great; right in the centre of the old town, within walking distance to many cafes, restaurants and shops, the apartment did have a few issues. It faces the main road so it was quite noisy throughout the night. The apartment itself is also very creaky, especially the loft where the bed is. "The apartment was easy to find near the Black Church. Parking not so easy on a Saturday, but we were able to unload right outside the apt so it was an easy walk back. The studio is fairly basic but more than adequate for a couple of nights. You are only 3 minutes walk from the main square in old town. Communication by WhatsApp was easy and prompt."

"On arrival the restaurant was closed and upon asking the receptionist o was told there is no restaurant near by . The room was never cleaned and dirty towel was put back on the rail. Room was noisy at tines with main villa door being shut and people coming in and out also dog being left in next door room. The restaurant staff didn’t speak English. "Unfortunately, we were only in the room for less than 8 hours and that was mostly to sleep so we didn't get to enjoy this very nice and spacious hotel room. The champagne was a very nice treat, thank you! If you are looking for any suggestions, you might want to consider adding a full-length mirror. Only having one mirror in the whole apartment/hotel can be tough with two people. Also, you might want to consider adding a magnifying vanity mirror in the bathroom like other fine hotels provide....

"The apartment was located in a quiet part of Sibiu that is very close to two grocery stores. It was very comfortable and well furnished. "great location on the edge of the Old City plaza however the sofa bed was NOT comfortable and basic repairs could have been done. door was hard to lock and toilet seat was not screwed in place properly and very wobbly. Main bed was comfortable according to my roommate. Did have a washing machine which was great though I didn't need to use it for the night we were there. "

Highly recommend.

"I actually arrived a day before I had booked my reservation and Eszter was kind and helpful and got me in a day early! There was a private balcony that overlooks the Black Cathedral that I had all to myself and enjoyed a cup of hot tea complimentary included with the room. Very good location and multiple breakfast options from two easy to get to locations. I ate at the restaurant directly below my room which has vegetarian options too. I will definitely stay here again and recommend to a solo traveler or anyone looking for an authentic hotel in a perfect location, safe, friendly and clean. "

Nice Spot

"This hotel is historic and has cool details, and is located very close to the old town square. The bathroom was clean, the breakfast buffet was ample, the hotel is pet-friendly, which is a bonus for me, and the staff was friendly and helpful. If you forget to reserve parking at the hotel in advance, there's a Regina Maria parking garage 10 mins walk away. My only negative was that the bed wasn't the most plush...it was just a thin mattress. But I was exhausted and slept fine regardless. "
