"Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Shout out to Jacob at the Front desk. He was very nice and professional. He helped us check in and answered all questions as it was our first time in Laval. Very competent young man. All other staff were great. Facilities were well maintained and clean. Quatrz restaurant was very nice as well"

"The Comfort Inn staff were great. Hotel was very clean. The rooms are stuck in the 90’s, it really could use updating. Toilet didn’t work properly. Beds are small but comfortable. Office chair was all ripped up & not comfy at all, not that it mattered much. I’m glad we only stayed one night here, not really worth what we paid. But overall it was ok for the night, it was close to everything we needed to do. There is tons of shopping very close but you need to drive, it’s not walkable. "

"Our check-in was an hour late, and we waited in the lobby for almost an hour, being told more than once that it was "just another 5-10 minutes". The receptionist was nice but I think was saying "5-10 minutes" to keep peace but if they had just said it could be about an hour would have just been better because then we would have got a snack somewhere or something, instead of just sitting around. Once we were in, the room was clean, amenities were nice, and the beds were comfy to sleep in. "

"Amazing place. It was a very nice reflection of old Montreal heritage. Staff were lovely, and very helpful. Only downside was no parking nearby, about a 12 minute walk up a steep incline. The property itself was 100% worth the stay. "

"Friendly, helpful staff, nice rooms, good coffee/ drinks bar, nice amenities. Fabulous gym a short walk away. My only quibble is that in the dead of winter, what you really need in the room is hand lotion, of which there was none. "

"We always stay here when in Montreal with our dog. Rooms are big, area is perfect for dog walks, it’s a 5min walk to the metro station and parking is very convenient. I would have given a 5 star bcs this place is great but our room was dirty. Beard hairs on bathroom sink, lamp shades were dirty and carpets were not cleaned. "
