"I love this hotel so much I keep coming back. Located in a quiet area near the ocean, this newly rebuilt hotel is clean with a classy modern sophisticated look. The rooms are spacious, some come with swinging doors leading to a balcony. The restaurant serves a tasty breakfast and filling dinner in the evening with excellent professional service. The neighborhood is quiet at night and for the most part, safe. Only a 15 minute walk to the train/bus station and about a 10 minute walk to the center...

"Daily problem with WiFi which I had to call to desk. One person on the phone suggested I bring her my phone since I couldn’t operate the WiFi. Front desk wouldn’t make change for 100 euros saying they didn’t have cash. Some staff were nice however. The morning buffet was nice. The hotel room was nice and the shower was excellent. "

"The property had a style befitting the coastal area of Palermo, was very comfortable and accomodating, and had friendly staff. Being so close to a walking friendly area and the coast made it easy tl explore and enjoy our time there to the fullest."

"This is a great place to stay at if you are looking for comfort and luxury away from the hustle bustle of central Palermo. The historic center is about a 20 minute walk from the hotel. There are a few restaurants nearby that are nice. The rooms are spacious and luxurious. The hotel has a beautiful, rich feel to it with antiques and statuettes placed everywhere. Their staff is helpful; breakfast on the terrace offers nice views of the park and the surroundings. Overall, a nice stay with no hassles. I had paid in full while booking the hotel so they didn't do anything stupid like asking for credit card etc. as security."
