"The continental breakfast was simple but always fresh. Cleaning staff asked every day if anything needed doing. Reception staff always ready to offer advice on where to dine, walk or visit depending on the amount of time we had that day. While I am aware that the hotel is not a 4 star hotel, the staff made it feel it could be. "

"We stayed in a two bedroom apartment on the second floor. Really lovely property, very tastefully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for our short stay, including a washing machine for laundry. There is no front desk and so you will have to check-in at the Hotel Oslo. But the staff there were incredibly kind and gave us several route options to get to the property, considering the luggage and walking abilities of our party. "Accommodation was very tired, cracked bathroom surfaces, rusty radiators, broken kitchen cupboard and bin, lack of glasses and cutlery. Staff at the clubhouse restaurant were unfriendly and we felt like we were too much trouble for them. "
