"The receptionist was really kind, helpful and always available for support. Even asked for the taxi arrangement back to the airport and the rate wa fair, considering the peak time ( my friends' hotels quoted much more). Walkable to the old city and the market within a few minutes and there are good restaurants nearby as well. I would definitely recommend this place!"

"The view, the helpful staff. My only complaint is that the bathroom light comes on automatically. That's not good when you go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Much too bright. Perhaps a small nite light would be better."

"What an absolutely wonderful hotel in a wonderful location!!! - From the moment of arrival - I was treated superbly!!! My room was the Astor Suite and for the 3 days I had a fabulous time there. "The decor was lovely and authentic, the food was very good, staff were very friendly, helpful and hospitable. The room was clean but bathroom tile around shower needs regrouting and floors were lethal when wet. It was very noisy at night but due to be expected in the Medina However, we really enjoyed our stay there. Glass elevator was a great touch. "

A shame

"The place over all was magnificent the staff were absolutely amazing. It was clean well maintained had a water park and midway rides but there was a horrible sewer smell coming from the bathroom that permiated everything. We had to sleep with the bathroom door closed with the fan on and all the windows open and bedroom door closed"
