"A good size of self contained unit, close to transport hub and shopping mall but not too close to be noisy (3-5 minutes walk), staff are very friendly & helpful, if the owner decided to spend a bit on renovation, I would give a 4 Star rating."

"The description and photos on Expedia did not match. I paid extra for the “Family 4 Person” option because the description and photos explicitly specified “separate bedroom” multiple times. However the room did not have a separate bedroom and the staff didn’t seem to know whether the room in the photos existed. I talked to the receptionist who put me on the phone with the manager. "Good room at good price "

"We stayed at this property for almost 2 weeks. Owners were very good communicators and helpful overall. Condo was clean, but very basic. Limited bath towels and no towels for hands, faces or kitchen use provided. I had to wash towels daily. No extra sheets or blankets either. Would have appreciated more kitchen utensils and pans/ dishes as I cooked most days. We had some issues with roaches, and owners did respond quickly to try to rectify the issue. "Great location that not too far from anything although the property is in the alley where it quite a few mins walk and do not recommend. The hotel offer FREE Tuk Tuk service which is extreamly convenient. All the staffs are polite and kind. I highly recommend this property. "

"Would definitely recommend, especially to anyone that loves Iconsiam which is a must see for Bangkok. The room looked exactly like the pictures and was so spacious and absolutely beautiful. It’s hard to find the entrance and be prepared for lots of stairs if you’re on top floor like we were. Only other thing is the outdoor tub is quite cold, hot water heater definitely cannot handle anything that size. Otherwise everything was fantastic here!!"
