"I would give 5 stars if not for the following: 1) Pillow is too soft 2) Shampoo dispenser cover is broken 3) Remote control is not working due to battery issue. I have to go the reception at L4 to report it and get someone to fix it as there is no intercom or phone in the room."

"The staff is very friendly, even gave my brother a birthday cake. The only thing I wish they could have done promptly is assisting us with our luggage upon check out. We waited for more than 15 minutes so my brother decided to drag our luggage plus other stuff we bought that made my brother felt fatigued. (He had open heart surgery 6 months ago. I can’t help either because of my left knee pain. ) But overall, I enjoyed our stay. "

"Although an old hotel it still has its charm. The staff are very friendly and attentive to your needs. The breakfast is excellent. Although the room was showing its age it was very comfortable. You can hear traffic noise at times but the hotel sits on a busy street. My only concern is that the coffee supplied in your room is 3 in 1. I tried to ask for sugar free option but that seems to confuse the staff. Overall an enjoyable stay"

"We enjoyed our stay here! The breakfast buffet was good, nice selection. The place is clean and they upgraded our room! Amazing staff, very respectful of your belongings. I got stuff delivered and they took care of them in the reception area. I recommend this place! Will definitely come back!"

"I stay in this hotel for the black Nazarene day in Manila. It was a crazy day and all the road will be blocked and this hotel is right on the road where the black Nazarene will pass by so it will save you a lot of time for the black Nazarene and it’s very close to the final Quiapo church.
