"There was no bracelets for pool we had to phone and we never did get housecoats. Every day our wifi would go down for 3 or 4 hrs. We were dissappointed we didnt get the same apartment we had requested as we didnt have any sun on the balcony were we ended up. "

At night walking back it became a little iffy with unfortunate homelessness and some questionable characters. The apartment itself was perfect when sharing with a co-worker. "Our room had a weird smell but other than that it was clean and everything worked. They have an in-unit washer and dryer and even provide detergent. Downtown PHX is rather industrial but there were a lot of good dining options within walking distance. We felt safe the whole time. The gym only had two treadmills and one of them wasn't working hence only 4 stars on the property condition."

"Overall our stay was great. It had what we needed for our short stay. Place was clean and stocked well enough for just the two of us. The only thing we had a hard time with was the big foam pad on the bed. It wasn’t comfortable and when we looked, the support legs in the middle under the bed weren’t upright and wouldn’t stay upright so we both kept sinking to the middle. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay."
