"The grounds are beautiful! There could be a few more patio umbrellas around the pool. You can’t always get one. The buffet breakfast is awesome-everything you could possibly want. The rooms can be a bit noisy due to people talking in the hallways and slamming the room doors but that’s quite common when you’re hotelling it! "The staff and owner at this property went above and beyond anything I have ever experienced at a hotel. They treated my husband and I like royalty. Our every need was met, we were given a fresh juice drink and warm wash cloth upon arrival. It was amazing, as were the gorgeous surroundings and wildlife . "

"Overall Villa Lapas Jungle Resort was a good place to stay. We had 2 rooms with breakfast, but did not pay for the all inclusive stay because we are vegetarian and don’t drink alcohol. Positives: 1. "We loved our stay in Luxury Standard Room 209 at Tulemar. We saw squirrel monkeys daily from our balcony, and toucans, sloths, scarlet macaws, leaf-cutter ants, frogs, bats, and iguanas on the grounds also.
