"The front desk person was very polite, respectful and courteous. The rooms r clean and adequate… certainly not fancy, but adequate. It was a bit difficult traveling on a busy highway and having to merge to the left lane to ultimately make a U-turn and merge to the other side of the highway which was also very busy in order to get to the hotel. (Of course that would depend from where you r coming from.)"

"The people were very friendly and professional. One thing i would suggest is extending breakfast padt 9 am to at least 10 am. I dont always want to get up early, especially on weekends."

"Checkin check out was excellent Bartender thumbs up Room has needs of small maintenance items. Dinner at 203 dry excellent Phelps mansion Edgar Allen Poe. Great This was a Christmas gift weekend "

"First off it's not at Turning Stone nor is it Oneida IndiSn Nation owned. It's located across route 365 from TS but it offers free shuttle service over to the casino. We enjoyed they stay which was just to swim and sit in the hot tub. The pool had a thermometer that showed about 77 78 degrees, a little cool but the hot tub was nearly scalding hot. Room was clean, beds a little hard, hotel common areas were nice and clean and staff was very nice and helpful. Free breakfast was what we expected, overall we would go back. "
