"We spent one night at the 5th Street Inn in Mariposa. The inn is a renovated historic home from all appearances. The bed was comfortable but the table was tiny and the chairs in the room were very hard. Avoid this property if you can't tolerate that or navigate steps up and down. The shower was functional but showed signs of damage to the faucet handle and a bit of mold. There is very little counter space in the bathroom, but a decent amount of storage in the drawers and cupboards. The staff was...

"Really enjoyed staying at one of the cabins at Convict Lake Resort! The whole area is so peaceful, and the cabin itself was beautiful and well-designed on the inside, with all the amenities we needed. The heating worked especially well (it was chilly out). The trails all around the property were great for walking the dog and getting some fresh air before going skiing, and Mammoth Mountain is only 15-20 min away."

"My sister and I stayed for a quick one day getaway from the city. The hotel was very cozy and clean. The beds were very comfy which is usually really hard to come across other hotels but these beds were nice. The rooms were spacious and had all the necessities a hotel should have. The free breakfast was a nice touch. If you want to go to Yosemite but not pay for those over priced hotels, Oakhurst is a great place to stay."
