The carlton hotel staffs are friendly, & thoughtful, they set up a free drink & champagne glass & chocolate on my birthday, made my day a little extra special 😍. Room was excellent Having eaten breakfast and dinner on multiple occasions I would recommend having some “specials” as the menu is a bit dated. Also the wine mentioned on the menu was no longer available. I also recommend having someone at the entrance to welcome customers in and ensure there is follow-up with the floor staff."
