"1st impression. No one to greet at arrival. There was only one thin guy who addresses guest by "yeah, what u want? Bad language and attitude. Shocking. No basic manners. Then the rest is history. The ambience. The staffs carry the same attitude. In the Room, there is No basic toiletries like dental kit and room slippers and even tissue box provided. When called housekeeping they said rudely its only provided upon request. In the bathroom, the tap is 30cm above the sink which is plate shaped...

"Room #2 is close to a staff toilet which stank to high heaven. In fact, public area in that building smelled as though I'm entering a public toilet. I didn't feel the food is prepared fresh. The toilet didn't flush well. I don't mean it's broken, but the model is not good. "

I believe most humans in this world need privacy in washroom, what is the pressing need to go out of the way to design a washroom with semi transparent glass wall. I would have avoided this hotel, if I had known they have such washrooms. "
