"Not all the rooms, including ours, have excellent views of the ocean. The photos in the listing give the impression that ocean views are the norm, not the exception. Any room on the 3rd floor or below has a building that effectively blocks most of the ocean view. Our room did have a partial ocean view and, for the most part, was very nice. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. "

"Versailles is a lovely hotel. Really welcoming staff, they were so accommodating when i arrived. I was disappointed that they wouldn't/couldn't alter my booking before my stay and add another day at the beginning. They said there were no rooms avaialble but there were. Strange situation. "Verónica, the host was attentive, on time and helpful. The place was like the pictures and the door man a gentleman. I highly recommend this place."
