"I made a reservation with the information that it was 14km away from Saturnia at the time of booking, and the Resort and Saturni were 35km. Also, the mattress of the bed felt a spring in my body and could not sleep easily. When I got out, I could not clean my room."

"Loved the property we enjoyed a beautified suite in the new wing which I highly recommend. Staff was very friendly and accommodating from the moment we have arrived. Loved the feel of the resort totally relaxes you from the moment you arrive. "One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Absolutely breathtaking grounds and beautiful chic interiors. Everywhere you look just takes your breath away. Luxurious amenities use and generous breakfast. We really appreciated the extra small touches eg mini notes, biscotti in the room and farewell gift bag. Staff were friendly and wonderful. "

"Beautiful property and nicely appointed rooms with patios. Restaurant was very good. Very serene and quiet place to stay. Our only issue is that the pool and hot tub were not heated and were ice cold. It was one of the features that attracted us to this resort in the first place and we were disappointed it was unusable. The cost to use the spa (indoor pool and hot tub) is very expensive and time limited. Also our shower door was a bit odd and caused small floods every time we took a shower....
