"Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es wurde ein Brötchenservice angeboten. Man konnte optional aber auch Frühstück im nahe gelegenen Restaurant Apollo hinzubuchen. Als GTS Gast gab es einen kostenfreien Shuttle von Tignale zum Strand. Die Mitfahrt kann man problemlos über eine App buchen."

"The apartment itself is nice and big, Mail issue is the lack of A/C. It’s summer, hot, and the ceiling fan isn’t enough. Opening the window, will not help this much at day time and at night will bring u mosquitoes. The apartment was 4th floor with no elevator, hard with the luggage. The location is nice and close to the lake."

"It was a great stay, hotel is very nice and situated in beautiful town. There are a lot of restaurants and few shops nearby. There is a possibility to play tennis, courts are in a good state, red clay surface. Also there are a lot of hiking routes you can do not far from the hotel. "To be clear, this is not a typical hotel; rather a set of autonomous apartments in a large, modern 3-story residence. Our two bedroom apartment was close to 800 ft^2, absolutely no relation to small hotel rooms we typically get everywhere else. The rooms were very clean. There is a reception office on the main floor but it does not remain open 24/7. The staff was very attentive and friendly. "The room was comfortable and the bathroom nice. The hallway was a bit noisy in the morning as the cleaning staff went about their business - not really able to sleep in. breakfast was really good. Front desk staff nice. Staff in the spa was not helpful or friendly - in my opinion, a phone call should not take priority over three couples standing in line.
