"We loved everything about this hotel, but we didn't use the hotel restaurant (too expensive). There are two great restaurants only one block away that are excellent with midrange prices (27 Adentro and Hector's Bistro). The room upgrade was offered to us on the last of our three nights but we decided to stay put in our regular room. "Hot water, very commutable and pretty. The only cons were no AC (like most of Guatemala) and people sometimes are a little loud, walking by your rooms. The courtyard is stunning and the staff was super nice. Beds are a little hard, but that seems to be a running theme in Guatemala"

"A beautiful and luxurious hotel in a quieter area of Antigua. The beds and room were comfortable and very clean. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. We booked a couples massage and water circuit and it was one of the best spa experiences we’ve ever had. Great privacy and the masseuse was fantastic! We’ll definitely be back. "
