"Just one night to visit friends but the staff was so helpful. Your room overlooked the lake and the rooftop balcony is so nice.. great breakfast too!"
"I had a lovely stay — the hotel was quiet and peaceful, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. It’s also very conveniently located, just a short walk from the metro, which made getting around the city incredibly easy.
The pool area was a nice bonus — clean and relaxing — and the virtual service made lounging at the pool nice. I always look forward to the warm chocolate chip cookies (still just as delicious!), and I want to give a special mention to Francesco at the front desk. He was kind, soft-spoken, and made the experience feel personal and welcoming.
Highly recommend for a comfortable, well-located stay with thoughtful touches."

"Living the dream with a lake view balcony room at the grand Gardone Riviera Hotel. Everything I always wanted. Being able to also slip into the lake for a swim straight from the sunloungers also a bonus! Breakfast was amazing, we couldn’t stop eating! Loved the whole experience and will definitely visit again!"

"We had a truly memorable stay at this charming lakeside hotel, where the direct access to the water added a serene and picturesque touch to the experience. The lake views were simply breathtaking, creating an atmosphere of peace and beauty throughout the property.
The staff stood out for their attentiveness and warmth, consistently making us feel welcome and cared for. Every request was met with prompt and courteous service.
Breakfast offered everything you could want to start the day off right, including freshly cooked eggs and omelettes made to order—always a nice touch. The hotel’s restaurants were a highlight, with gourmet dishes presented artfully and tasting just as amazing as they looked.
The only downside was the air conditioning in the bedroom, which struggled to cool effectively and made falling asleep a bit difficult during warmer nights. With such high standards elsewhere, we hope this gets resolved soon.
The pool area was spotless, with fresh towels always available and plenty of staff to ensure everything ran smoothly. The pool bar was another delightful feature, offering great service and a wide selection of drinks that kept us refreshed all afternoon.
Overall, a fantastic stay with just a small caveat. We'd happily return, and maybe pack a mini fan just in case

"The hotel isvery easy to gettofrom the A4 and the ring road to.
Dont be put off that its close to the motorway and a big truck stop, you dont here it hardly at all.
The only thing i would say to traveller from other countries is bring your power adapters.
My room had not asingle USB socket apart from the tv.
So be prepared for that.
The restaurant served excellent food and the service was superb.
The bathroom was great with a double length shower and everything you need except a tooth brush.
I travelled there on my motorcycle and had no issues parking it or with security, but do lock it regardless "
"Beautiful hotel, great location, friendly staff, great breakfast to start the day. Were accommodating with cases before and after check in and check out "
