"Check-in at the lobby took 45 minutes the night we got there. Only one or two people could check in while 4 concierge stood by and watched the line accumulate beyond reasonable expectations. Other than that, room was excellent along with the amenities. "

"Room had No hot water two of the days, no working water at all for a couple hours at dinner time therefore had to wait to shower and get ready with a 7 year old kid having to eat later at night. Neighbors were severely intoxicated and arguing very loudly, they must have fallen asleep with food on the running stove causing our entire unit to back fill with smoke and set our detectors off at 2am, Westgate’s way of making the situation better for us was extending our checkout time by ONE hour. After discussing with a supervisor at checkout they agreed to refund one nights stay but they require me to contact Expedia and have Expedia contact them in order for the refund to take place. Overall not happy which is sad because last time we stayed there it was an excellent experience. "

"We were put in the old room which needs updating. I asked to change my room to a renovated room which was way better for a small fee. I would suggest giving the guest a choice before just putting them in an old room."
