As soon as we walked into the hotel, it smelled like a sewer, they were having some kind of issues with their waste system. As soon as we got out of the elevator, and started walking down the hall to our room, we smelled it again. The air conditioning in our room did not work and we open the doors at night and mosquitoes got all over us. The rooms are very rundown and old and not very clean. I would never tell anyone to stay in this hotel, and I’ve been traveling for over 60 years.

I reserved a standard room for two adults, but hotel provided a small room just for 1 adult. Room is really tiny, distance between bed and the wall on the way to window or bathroom is about 30 cm. There is no room for suitcases. It has only one nightstand without electric outlet, other side of the bed has no nightstand and there is no electric outlet next to it, outlet is on the wall about a meter away. It makes almost impossible charging our phones and watches. There is barely a room to pry open just one door of the closet, the other door is blocked by the nightstand. Bathroom is so small that only one person can get into it. Refrigerator is not working at all despite the fact that it is plugged in and level of cold is set to maximum. I am not even mentioning 15 years old tiny TV (24 inches or less). Room has common door with another room and there is barely any sound insulation between them, we have been hearing phone conversations of people in this room. This room by no means satisfies requirements for a room for two people in a 4 star hotel. Staff couldn’t offer any other room on this night. Surrounding is terrible, last couple kilometers leading to hotel are really bad, we thought navigator is broken. Staff didn't offer safe location for our luggage for early check in, we left it in the hallway. This is not a 4 star hotel, they got 4 stars because of the pool, which is good. But their beach is terrible.

Typical Italian property that hasn’t been updated much since the 80s. Seems to be a hotspot for other Italian tourists as it seems they were all just there for the pool and the buffet. Fortunately I speak Italian, but few hotel staff spoke any English. Room could have been a bit cleaner, corroded fixtures, and not one shred of soap and no bath mat. Would not stay here. There are so many better places in Cefalu.

I do not recommend this location, property is in poor condition. Mold all over the place. Out of the way from main area, can not walk to anywhere. The 2x4 beach area is filthy.

Pulizia orrenda piscina sporca per lo piu sono stato derubato due volte una volta in piscina e una volta in camera ho dovuto far intervenire per entrambi o casi carabinieri del posto per il pri.o firto nulla da fare per il secondo trattasi di collana oro la struttura si e messa a disposizione con una polizza assicurativa

Hotel con ottima posizione strategica, parecchio vicino a Cefalù centro.Piscina con scale che portano direttamente ad una spiaggetta privata con mare spettacolare!!merita la terrazza al quarto piano con vista panoramica mozzafiato dove viene servita una buona e varia colazione. Unico inconveniente è la maleducazione degli stessi ospiti che occupano,di prima mattina pur non essendo presenti,i lettini sia della piscina che della spiaggetta. In tal senso sarebbe opportuno l'intervento della direzione che impedisca tale malcostume.

Il Resort è una bella struttura nelle vicinanze di Cefalu’, molto carina, silenziosa, accogliente. Un po’ di problemi durante il check-in ma tutto sommato, ok. Il Resort era particolarmente affollato. Molto carina la spiaggia di ciottoli e ghiaia, mare stupendo. A disposizione lettini e ombrelloni. In alternativa una bella piscina. Insomma, la struttura è assolutamente consigliata anche per qualità/prezzo.

Ett livligt hotell
Hotellet var helt ok men upplever inte standard för 4 stjärnigt. Det är fuktskador i taken och gammal inredning. Annars fin utsikt mot havet och egen strand.Hotellet har absolut inga covid restriktioner och restaurangen är en stor smittorisk. Vi kom dit en fredag och det var så mycket folk ,hög musik som pumpade ur en trasig högtalare och en trasig mikrofon. Berusade människor som skrek och sjöng både o restaurangen och i poolen fick härja fritt utan någon tillsägelse. Avråder att resa dit om du vill ha lugn och ro. Detta är ett livligt hotell men det finns en hel del aktiviteter. På fredagen var det generösa bufféer med god mat men dagarna efter var det väldigt begränsat utan förklaring. Jag ger en 10 poängare för Salvatore som hjälpte mig med att få byta rum efter att ha hittat en stor kackerlacka.
