"The tv remote was not working for room 209. For the tv near the entry door. We were there at 1:30 pm, but could not check in. We were told the check in time was 4 pm. I have never experienced not being able to check in 1:30 or 2 pm , any time before anywhere in the world. So, it was surprising. Nice lakeside location. Clean and comfortable rooms. Like the hotel overall. "

"My family and I stayed there from Friday-Monday this past weekend and I gotta say it was very family friendly. The breakfast was decent. Check-in check-out was very smooth and easy. The waterpark across the street was perfect. We were able to walk to the boat ferry for the island so we didn’t have to park. Very good restaurants around and shopping mall about 1/2 mile down the road. The pool and hot tub weren’t super big but it was perfect size for what we use it for. There a staff member there, (I wish I gotten her name) but she made friends with my son and once he warmed up to her it brightened her day and they became such good friends throughout the weekend. Whoever you were thank you for making my sons weekend even better! Over all satisfied with our experience. "
