"This is a very popular hotel so the elevators do require some patience when they’re busy other than that this is a wonderful clean hotel perfectly situated for the ferry port. All the staff we encountered were super friendly and professional. We especially enjoyed the bar and restaurant area because it is also literally in the shopping mall that it shares its name with. We will definitely stay here again. "

"My only small complaints about the room were that I wished the lukewarm shower got a little hotter, and the windows were quite dirty. "The staff were wonderful and the room was comfortable. I was very happy with the service! The breakfast was tasty and balanced, good value. I have to be honest that the building has visible damage, which is unfortunate since it was built recently. I think it may be faulty construction rather than maintenance issue. The bed was comfortable and sheets were clean which is most important, but the room could have been cleaner (floors and bathroom counter needed a scrub)"

"Convenient to dining and around the city. They need seating area in the lobby (if not you sit in their bar/dining area). Shower curtains needs to replaced and scrub the walls of the shower walls. Other than that, staff are friendly (excellent service) and buffet breakfast has lots of choices including omelet bar. "
