"It was an amazing experience at Plantation Bay and any feedback I have does not reflect a negative view but for awareness. The no tipping policy is great and even without it the service is top notch. Very impressive. The food options feel somewhat limited and I wouldn’t say I would stay for the food. The best aspect of the food was the morning buffet and there are so many options and a theme each day changes. I would have preferred to have some more casual options with lower price points but...

"Great staff and decent location in Maribago. Bathrooms could be cleaner and they could remove the previously used dingy shower shoes. The ants in the rooms are ruthless! Breakfast would be better if they kept the lids closed on the food and it was served at a temperature safe for consumption. Instead you get cold food that should be warm and warm food that should be cold. French toast is the start of the show"

"The room was fine, but the whole place seemed a bit run down. We were literally the only people staying there. The picture of the pool is very deceiving as well. They make it look like its an infinity pool, however, it is not... The beach is non existent and its kind of dangerous to attempt swimming off the dock. Also, the food was not great and the bar tenders kept spilling our beers or running out of cold ones, so we drank most of them warm. Mix drinks were tiny martini glasses and not good....
