"We, had some date changes & this was no problem, they accept without issue, then we found we had left an important document in the left luggage at the hotel, we were on another island, it was no problem they arranged a security team to open the luggage & email the documents to us , again without any problems, the staff at the hotel are all magnificent, as this why we will stay at this hotel always when in Cebu , on this trip of 8 weeks , we will return 4 times , it’s simply the BEST, thank you...
