Disappointed stay
From the moment I arrived, everything was a bit of a disaster. I showed the receptionist my confirmed reservation via the hotels.com app and pointed out that I had already paid (as was indicated on my confirmation screen). He said their hotel doesn't use hotels.com, so I would have to pay again if I wanted to stay. He also raised the price from the one I had already paid. I did not agree with this and said he needed to find my reservation in the system, or call someone, or something. Unfortunately, after I handed him my open hotels.com app with my confirmation info, the screen went back or refreshed, so it was no longer up when another employee came over to help. I also couldn't get WiFi to show my email confirmation. I spent the next half hour or so trying to get on their WiFi to prove, once again, that I had a reservation and had already paid. I was near tears by the time I finally got access and was able to show them. At thus time, they said, "Oh. You're reservation just came through on our computer..." I finally was given a room after the worst check-in experience ever. The WiFi did not work in the room. The room was okay, very basic, but the bed wasn't that comfortable. The restaurant never seemed to be open. Overall, I wouldn't really recommend this hotel based my experience with the staff and issues with WiFi. You can find better in the area for around the same price.
