We arrived just after 2.30pm but the room was not yet ready so we went to the nearby mall to kill time. txt msg came just before 3.39 informing us the room is ready and returned to the hotel around 4.30pm. After receiving the room keys we were advised they ran out of towels so we asked if they could give us pool towels to be able to shower after a long flight. stains. The bathroom didn’t have any toiletries either. When we asked about toiletries at reception we were told it wasn’t included in the room so we ended up buying our own toiletries. After providing a detailed feedback of our check in experience through Expedia, management made a significant effort the next day to rectify the issues we identified. They serviced the room by 9am, provided us with toiletries, fresh towels, a sheet to cover the couch & a diffuser to get rid of the odour. They also gave us a fruit platter which was a nice touch. I was very satisfied with this outcome. We booked here due to the consistent positive reviews we read online & whilst we had minor issues it was all resolved & we had an overall great stay. Availability of ride sharing & food delivery services is super easy it’s almost instantaneous. Can’t beat its proximity to the malls. House of lechon is a 10min walk. Definitely staying here again on our next trip. Highly recommended for couples or families with a decent variety of room options & breakfast spread catering for both traditional Filipino to international cuisines. Value for money!
